Overview
PRONTO is a complete mobile information management system that combines access to national and local databases seemlessly integrated into all operational business processes completed by officers.
The federated search capability allows officers to search multiple databases simultaneously after entering the minimum mandatory search fields relating to a single nominal, vehicle or property item.
The retrieved and captured information, input by a single officer or a team of officers, is automatically collated into single or multiple business processes - no more paper notebooks or paper forms required.
Information is synchronised, wirelessly if required, to the single operational data store.
By storing all information in a single operational data store, it can be accessed for reporting purposes or sent to existing systems, either within the force or with partner agencies.
PRONTO provides complete end-to-end functionality for all business processes, removing the requirement to invest in more discrete databases in the future.
